My Belief. I believe that when you are as close to center as possible, you are living and expressing your most honest, happy, and true self.  In order to achieve this your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies are constantly working together in a balanced and intricate dance.

At different times in the normal course of life, you will have stressors or responsibilities that pull you in different directions and demand immediate attention. This is the normal ebb and flow of life.  Amazingly, your body instinctively knows to self regulate. It gives more in one area when it is necessary and pulls back when the attention is no longer needed.

When this occurs your body works extra hard in an attempt to heal itself by balancing these energies. The further you swing from center the more likely the body may need a bit of extra help to correct the problem. When left untreated this large swing will likely become a constant stressor and with time these stressors may manifest into disharmony and illness.

With the help of acupuncture, herbs, diet, and lifestyle changes you can eliminate stress and blockages while balancing energies that bring you one step closer to your center.
